Greg O'Shanassy has been involved in the cleaning industry for the past 30 years, specialising in high pressure water cleaning, graffiti removal, smoke and fire damage, traffic way safety systems cleaning, road tunnel cleaning and many associated areas.

Since 1989 Greg has built his business around the Sydney roads system and as Managing Director of As New Pressure Cleaning, undertakes all of the pre mentioned facets of cleaning.

He contracts now or previously to companies which include:

Tollaust Eastern Distributor, Thiess Contractors, The Darling Harbour Authority, Baulderstone Hornibrook, Abi Group, M5 Motorway - Interlink Roads since 1993, The RAS and many more include State Rail since 1990 and Leighton Contractors.

In January 2003 Greg expanded his business to design and build a machine to automate the cleaning of the reflective wall panels within the M5 East road tunnels which Greg had been cleaning using a manual technique since its' opening in 2002. This business now trades as Specialised Pressure Cleaning Pty Ltd. 

Specialised Pressure Cleaning expanded to import a purpose built machine to our requirements by Zellinger in Austria and took delivery of our first tunnel washer in 2006, our second machine was delivered in 2009.
